13నీతి తప్పి తన నగరును స్థాపించువానికి శ్రమ; న్యాయము తప్పి తన మేడగదులను కట్టించుకొనుచు, జీతమియ్యక తన పొరుగువానిచేత ఊరకయే కొలువు చేయించుకొనువానికి శ్రమ.
14వాడు విశాలమైన మేడ గదులుగల గొప్ప మందిరమును కట్టించుకొందుననుకొని, విస్తారమైన కిటికీలు చేసికొనుచు, దేవదారు పలకలను దానికి సరంబీవేయుచు, ఇంగిలీకముతో రంగువేయుచు నున్నాడే;
