సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు మీరు నా మాటలను ఆలకింపక పోతిరి గనుక నేను ఉత్తరదేశములోనున్న సర్వజనములను, నా సేవకుడైన నెబుకద్రెజరను బబులోనురాజును పిలువ నంపించుచున్నాను;

- 7అయితే మీకు బాధ కలుగుటకై మీ చేతుల పనులవలన నాకు కోపము పుట్టించి మీరు నా మాట ఆలకింపక పోతిరని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చు చున్నాడు.

- 9ఈ దేశముమీదికిని దీని నివాసుల మీదికిని చుట్టునున్న యీ జనులందరి మీదికిని వారిని రప్పించుచున్నాను; ఈ జనులను శాపగ్రస్తులగాను విస్మయాస్పదముగాను అపహాస్యాస్పదముగాను ఎప్పటికిని పాడుగాను ఉండజేసెదను.
- 10సంతోషనాదమును ఉల్లాస శబ్దమును, పెండ్లికుమారుని స్వరమును పెండ్లికుమార్తె స్వరమును తిరుగటిరాళ్ల ధ్వనిని దీపకాంతిని వారిలో ఉండకుండ చేసెదను.
