- 31ఆ దినము సిద్ధపరచుదినము; మరుసటి విశ్రాంతి దినము మహాదినము గనుక ఆ దేహములు విశ్రాంతి దినమున సిలువ మీద ఉండకుండునట్లు, వారి కాళ్లు విరుగగొట్టించి వారిని తీసివేయించుమని యూదులు పిలాతును అడిగిరి.

- 35ఇది చూచిన వాడు సాక్ష్య మిచ్చుచున్నాడు; అతని సాక్ష్యము సత్యమే. మీరు నమ్మునట్లు అతడు సత్యము చెప్పుచున్నాడని ఆయ నెరుగును.
