వారితో ఇట్లనెనుయొర్దాను నడుమనున్న మీ దేవు డైన యెహోవా మంద సము నెదుట దాటిపోయి, ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల గోత్రముల లెక్క చొప్పున ప్రతివాడును ఒక్కొక రాతిని తన భుజముమీద పెట్టుకొని తేవలెను.

7అది యొర్దానును దాటుచుండగా యొర్దాను నీళ్లు ఆపబడెను గనుక యీ రాళ్లు చిరకాలము వరకు ఇశ్రా యేలీయులకు జ్ఞాపకార్థముగా నుండునని వారితో చెప్పవలెను. అది మీకు ఆనవాలై యుండును,
