అందుకు సమాజ ప్రధానులందరు సర్వసమాజముతో ఇట్లనిరిమనము ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవాతోడని వారితో ప్రమాణము చేసితివిు గనుక మనము వారికి హానిచేయ కూడదు.

- 20మనము వారితో చేసిన ప్రమాణమువలన మనమీదికి కోపము రాకపోవునట్లు ఆ ప్రమాణమునుబట్టి వారిని బ్రదుక నియ్యవలెనని చెప్పి
- 21వారిని బ్రదుకనియ్యు డని సెలవిచ్చిరి గనుక ప్రధానులు తమతో చెప్పినట్లు వారు సర్వసమాజమునకును కట్టెలు నరుకువారుగాను నీళ్లు చేదువారుగాను ఏర్పడిరి.
