యూదావారుమీరేల మా మీదికి వచ్చితిరని అడుగగా ఫిలిష్తీయులుసమ్సోను మాకు చేసినట్లు మేము అతనికి చేయవలెనని అతని కట్టుటకే వచ్చితిమనిరి.

- 11అందుకు యూదా జనులలో మూడువేలమంది ఏతాములోని బండ యొద్దకు పోయి సమ్సోనును చూచిఫిలిష్తీయులు మనకు ఏలికలని నీకు తెలియదా? నీవు మాకేమి చేసితివని చెప్పగా అతడువారు నాకెట్లు చేసిరో అట్లే నేను వారికి చేసితి ననెను.
- 12అందుకు వారుమేము ఫిలిష్తీయుల చేతికి అప్ప గించుటకు నిన్ను కట్టవచ్చితిమని అతనితో అనగా సమ్సోనుమీరు నామీద పడకుండునట్లు నాతో ప్రమాణము చేయుడనెను.
