అందుకు వారుఆలాగు కాదు, నిశ్చయముగా మేము నిన్ను చంపముగాని నిన్ను గట్టిగా కట్టి వారిచేతికి మేము అప్పగించెదమని చెప్పి రెండు క్రొత్త తాళ్లచేత అతని కట్టి ఆ బండయొద్దనుండి అతని తీసికొనివచ్చిరి.

King James Version (KJV): And they spake unto him, saying, No; but we will bind thee fast, and deliver thee into their hand: but surely we will not kill thee. And they bound him with two new cords, and brought him up from the rock.
World English Bible (WEB): They spoke to him, saying, “No, but we will bind you securely and deliver you into their hands; but surely we will not kill you.” They bound him with two new ropes, and brought him up from the rock.

14అతడు లేహీకి వచ్చువరకు ఫిలిష్తీయులు అతనిని ఎదుర్కొని కేకలు వేయగా, యెహోవా ఆత్మ అతనిమీదికి బలముగా వచ్చినందున అతనిచేతులకు కట్టబడిన తాళ్లు అగ్ని చేత కాల్చబడిన జనుపనారవలె నాయెను; సంకెళ్లును అతనిచేతులమీదనుండి విడిపోయెను.
15అతడు గాడిదయొక్క పచ్చి దవడ యెముకను కనుగొని చెయ్యి చాచి పట్టుకొని దానిచేత వెయ్యిమంది మనుష్యులను చంపెను.
