- 21అప్పుడు అహరోను సజీవమైన ఆ మేక తలమీద తన రెండు చేతులు ఉంచి, ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల పాపములన్నియు, అనగా వారి దోషములన్నియు వారి అతిక్రమములన్నియు దానిమీద ఒప్పుకొని, ఆ మేకతలమీద వాటిని మోపి, తగిన మనుష్యునిచేత అరణ్యములోనికి దాని పంపవలెను.
- 22ఆ మేక వారి దోషములన్నిటిని ఎడారి దేశమునకు భరించి పోవును. అతడు అరణ్యములో ఆ మేకను విడిచిపెట్ట వలెను.
- 23అప్పుడు అహరోను ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారము లోనికి వచ్చి, తాను పరిశుద్ధస్థలములోనికి వెళ్లినప్పుడు తాను వేసికొనిన నారబట్టలను తీసి అక్కడ వాటిని ఉంచి
- 24పరిశుద్ధ స్థలములో దేహమును నీళ్లతో కడుగుకొని బట్టలు తిరిగి ధరించుకొని బయటికి వచ్చి తనకొరకు దహన బలిని ప్రజలకొరకు దహనబలిని అర్పించి, తన నిమిత్తమును ప్రజల నిమిత్తమును ప్రాయశ్చిత్తము చేయవలెను
- 25పాప పరిహారార్థబలి పశువుయొక్క క్రొవ్వును బలిపీఠముమీద దహింపవలెను.
