4. 9తరువాత నేను నది యవతలనున్న అధికారులయొద్దకు వచ్చి వారికి రాజుయొక్క తాకీదులను అప్పగించితిని. రాజు నాతోకూడ సేనాధిపతులను గుఱ్ఱపురౌతులను పంపించెను.
5. 10హోరోనీయుడైన సన్బల్లటును, అమ్మోనీయుడైన టోబీయా అను దాసుడును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు క్షేమము కలుగజేయు ఒకడు వచ్చెనని విని బహుగా దుఃఖపడిరి.
