- 28ఏలయనగా ప్రధానయాజకుడు మృతినొందువరకు అతడు ఆశ్రయపురములోనే నివసింపవలెను. ప్రధానయాజకుడు మృతినొందిన తరువాత ఆ నరహంతకుడు తన స్వాస్థ్యమున్న దేశము నకు తిరిగి వెళ్లవచ్చును.

- 30ఎవడైనను ఒకని చావగొట్టిన యెడల సాక్షుల నోటిమాట వలన ఆ నరహంతకునికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. ఒక సాక్షిమాటమీదనే యెవనికిని మరణశిక్ష విధింప కూడదు.
- 31చావతగిన నరహంతకుని ప్రాణముకొరకు మీరు విమోచన ధనమును అంగీకరింపక నిశ్చయముగా వానికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను.
