ఎవడైనను ఒకని చావగొట్టిన యెడల సాక్షుల నోటిమాట వలన ఆ నరహంతకునికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. ఒక సాక్షిమాటమీదనే యెవనికిని మరణశిక్ష విధింప కూడదు.
