ज्योंही वह होमबलि को चढ़ा चुका, तो क्श्या देखता है कि शमूएल आ पहुंचा; और शाऊल उस से मिलने और नमस्कार करने को निकला।
Jyonhee vah homabali ko chadhaa chukaa, to kshyaa dekhataa hai ki shamooel aa pahunchaa; aur shaaool us se milane aur namaskaar karane ko nikalaa.

- 12तब मैं ने सोचा कि पलिश्ती गिलगाल में मुझ पर अभी आ पड़ेंगे, और मैं ने यहोवा से बिनती भी नहीं की है; सो मैं ने अपनी इच्छा न रहते भी होमबलि चढ़ाया।
