And when he was come near unto her, the woman said, [Art] thou Joab? And he answered, I [am he]. Then she said unto him, Hear the words of thine handmaid. And he answered, I do hear.

4. 18वह कहने लगी, प्राचीनकाल में तो लोग कहा करते थे, कि आबेल में पूछा़ जाए; और इस रीति झगड़े को निपटा देते थे।
5. 19मैं तो मेलमिलापवाले और विश्वासयोग्य इस्राएलियों में से हूँ; परन्तु तू एक प्रधन नगर नाश करने का यत्न करता है; तू यहोवा के भाग को क्यों निगल जाएगा?
