Isake uttar mem tum ne mujh se kahaa, jo kuchh too ham se kahataa hai usakaa karanaa achchhaa hai.

- 15इसलिये मैं ने तुम्हारे गोत्रों के मुख्य पुरूषों को जो बुद्धिमान और प्रसिद्ध पुरूष थे चुनकर तुम पर मुखिया नियुक्त किया, अर्थात् हजार हजार, सौ सौ, पचास पचास, और दस दस के ऊपर प्रधान और तुम्हारे गोत्रों के सरदार भी नियुक्त किए।
- 16और उस समय मैं ने तुम्हारे न्यायियों को आज्ञा दी, कि तुम अपने भाइयों के मुक मे सुना करो, और उनके बीच और उनके पड़ोसियों और परदेशियों के बीच भी धर्म से न्याय किया करो।
