उस ने उन से कहा, यह तो वही बात है जो यहोवा ने कही, क्यांेकि कल परमविश्राम, अर्थात् यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा विश्राम होगा; इसलिये तुम्हें जो तन्दूर में पकाना हो उसे पकाओ, और जो सिझाना हो उसे सिझाओ, और इस में से जितना बचे उसे बिहान के लिये रख छोड़ो।

Us ne un se kahaa, yah to vahee baat hai jo yahovaa ne kahee, kyaanేki kal paramavishraam, arthaat yahovaa ke liye pavitraa vishraam hogaa; isaliye tumhem jo tandoor mem pakaanaa ho use pakaao, aur jo sijhaanaa ho use sijhaao, aur is mem se jitanaa bache use bihaan ke liye rakh chhodo.

King James Version (KJV): And he said unto them, This [is that] which the LORD hath said, To morrow [is] the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD: bake [that] which ye will bake [to day], and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.
World English Bible (WEB): He said to them, “This is that which the LORD has spoken, ‘Tomorrow is a solemn rest, a holy Sabbath to the LORD. Bake that which you want to bake, and boil that which you want to boil; and all that remains over lay up for yourselves to be kept until the morning.’”

25तब मूसा ने कहा, आज उसी को खाओ, क्योंकि आज यहोवा का विश्रामदिन है; इसलिये आज तुम को मैदान में न मिलेगा।
