क्योंकि यहोवा ने मूसा से कह दिया था, कि इस्त्राएलियों को मेरा यह वचन सुना, कि तुम लोग तो हठीले हो; जो मै पल भर के लिये तुम्हारे बीच होकर चलूं, तो तुम्हारा अन्त कर डालूंगा। इसलिये अब अपने अपने गहने अपने अंगों से उतार दो, कि मैं जानूं कि तुम्हारे साथ क्या करना चाहिए।
Kyonki yahovaa ne moosaa se kah diyaa thaa, ki istraaeliyom ko meraa yah vachan sunaa, ki tum log to hatheele ho; jo mai pal bhar ke liye tumhaare beech hokar chaloom, to tumhaaraa ant kar daaloongaa. Isaliye ab apane apane gahane apane angom se utaar do, ki maim jaanoom ki tumhaare saath kyaa karanaa chaahie.
