विश्वास ही से नूह ने उन बातों के विषय में जो उस समय दिखाई न पड़ती थीं, चितौनी पाकर भक्ति के साथ अपने घराने के बचाव के लिये जहाज बनाया, और उसके द्वारा उस ने संसार को दोषी ठहराया; और उस धर्म का वारिस हुआ, जो विश्वास से होता है।
Vishvaas hee se nooh ne un baatom ke vishay mem jo us samay dikhaaee na padatee theem, chitaunee paakar bhakti ke saath apane gharaane ke bachaav ke liye jahaaj banaayaa, aur usake dvaaraa us ne sansaar ko doshee thaharaayaa; aur us dharm kaa vaaris huaa, jo vishvaas se hotaa hai.

- 8विश्वास ही से इब्राहीम जब बुलाया गया तो आज्ञा मानकर ऐसी जगह निकल गया जिसे मीरास में लेनेवाला था, और यह न जानता था, कि मैं किधर जाता हूं; तौभी निकल गया।
