तो वे पुरूष उठकर चल दिए; और जो उस देश का हाल लिखने को चले उन्हें यहोशू ने यह आज्ञा दी, कि जाकर देश में घूमो फिरो, और उसका हाल लिखकर मेरे पास लौट आओ; और मैं यहां शिलों में यहोवा के साम्हने तुम्हारे लिये चिट्ठी डालूंगा।
To ve puroosh uthakar chal die; aur jo us desh kaa haal likhane ko chale unhem yahoshoo ne yah aajnyaa dee, ki jaakar desh mem ghoomo phiro, aur usakaa haal likhakar mere paas laut aao; aur maim yahaam shilom mem yahovaa ke saamhane tumhaare liye chitthee daaloongaa.

- 10तब यहोशू ने शीलों में यहोवा के साम्हने उनके लिये चिटि्ठयां डालीं; और वहीं यहोशू ने इस्राएलियों को उनके भागों के अनुसार देश बांट दिया।।
