4. 22ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಸೂಚಕಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಗ್ರೀಕರು ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಾರೆ;
5. 23ನಾವಾದರೋ ಶಿಲುಬೆಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನಾದ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚುರ ಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆತನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯಂತರವೂ ಗ್ರೀಕರಿಗೆ ಹುಚ್ಚುತನವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
