2. 6ಆದರೆ ತಲೆಯಮೇಲೆ ಮುಸುಕು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾದನೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ತನ್ನ ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ಅವಮಾನಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ಮುಸುಕಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವದೂ ತಲೆಬೋಳಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಿರುವದೂ ಒಂದೇ.
3. 7ಆದರೆ ಪುರುಷನು ದೇವರ ಪ್ರತಿರೂಪವೂ ಪ್ರಭಾವವೂ ಆಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಕೂಡದು; ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯಾದರೋ ಪುರುಷನ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ವಾಗಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.
4. 8ಪುರುಷನು ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿತ ನಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ಪುರುಷನಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿತವಾದಳು.
5. 9ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಪುರುಷನು ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ಪುರುಷನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾದಳು.
