ಬೇರೆ ಭಾಷೆಯವರ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ಬೇರೆ ಯವರ ತುಟಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನಾನು ಈ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವೆನು; ಆದರೂ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆಂಬ ದಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದದೆ.

- 22ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ಭಾಷೆಗಳು ನಂಬುವವರಿಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲ, ನಂಬದವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆಯಾಗಿವೆ; ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸುವದು ನಂಬದ ವರಿಗಲ್ಲ, ನಂಬುವವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
- 23ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ಸಭೆಯೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಿ ಬಂದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಭಾಷೆಗಳನ್ನಾಡುವದಾದರೆ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಯಿಲ್ಲದವರು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವಿಶ್ವಾಸಿಗಳು ಒಳಗೆ ಬಂದು ನೀವು ಹುಚ್ಚರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವದಿಲ್ಲವೇ?
