ಆಗ ಅರಸನಾದ ಆಸನು ಯೆಹೂದದೆಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಾರಿದನು; ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ಬಿಡಲ್ಪ ಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆಗ ಅವರು ಬಾಷನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ರಾಮದ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ಮರಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು. ಅರಸನಾದ ಆಸನು ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನನ ಗೆಬವನ್ನೂ ಮಿಚ್ಪೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದನು.
Aaga arasanaada aasanu yehoodadellelliyoo saaridanu; obbaroo bidalpa dalilla; aaga avaru baashanu kattisida raamada kallugalannoo adara maragalannoo takkondu hodaru. Arasanaada aasanu avugalinda benyaaviాnana gebavannoo michpeyannoo kattisidanu.

- 22ಆಗ ಅರಸನಾದ ಆಸನು ಯೆಹೂದದೆಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಾರಿದನು; ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ಬಿಡಲ್ಪ ಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆಗ ಅವರು ಬಾಷನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ರಾಮದ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ಮರಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು. ಅರಸನಾದ ಆಸನು ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನನ ಗೆಬವನ್ನೂ ಮಿಚ್ಪೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದನು.
- 23ಆಸನ ಮಿಕ್ಕಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳೂ ಅವನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮವೂ ಅವನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಅವನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳೂ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸುಗಳ ವೃತಾಂತಗಳ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯ ಲ್ಪಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ಆದರೆ ತನ್ನ ವೃದ್ದಾಪ್ಯದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕಾಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
- 24ಆಸನು ತನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಲಗಿದನು; ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದಾವೀದನ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೂಣಿಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬದ ಲಾಗಿ ಅವನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಷಾಫಾಟನು ಆಳಿದನು.
