3. 10ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅರಸ ನಾದ ರೆಹಬ್ಬಾಮನು ತಾಮ್ರದ ಗುರಾಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಅರಸನು ಮನೆಯ ಬಾಗಲನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವ ಕಾವಲಿನ ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ದನು.
4. 11ಅರಸನು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸು ವಾಗ ಕಾವಲಿನವರು ಬಂದು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು; ಕಾವಲಿನವರು ಚಾವಡಿಗೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಿಗಿತಂದರು.
5. 12ಅವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಕರ್ತನ ಕೋಪವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಿರುಗಿತು; ಆತನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಶಮಾಡಲು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇದ್ದನು; ಯೆಹೂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಡೆದವು.
