ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಆ ಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಜವೆಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾ ರಸವನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿ.

- 14ಅವನು ದಾನನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಬ್ಬಳ ಮಗನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಅವನ ತಂದೆ ತೂರಿನ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು; ಅವನು ಬಂಗಾರ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಮ್ರ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣ ಕಲ್ಲು ಮರ ಧೂಮ್ರವರ್ಣ ನೀಲವರ್ಣ ರಕ್ತವರ್ಣ ನಾರಿನ ವಸ್ತ್ರ, ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯವುಳ್ಳ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರ ಸಂಗಡವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನೂ ಆದ ದಾವೀದನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯವುಳ್ಳವರ ಸಂಗಡವೂ ಅವನು ತನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಬಲ್ಲವನಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾನೆ.
- 15ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಆ ಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಜವೆಗೋಧಿಯನ್ನೂ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾ ರಸವನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿ.
- 16ನಾವು ಲೆಬನೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿದು ತೆಪ್ಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಯೊಪ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತೇವೆ; ನೀನು ಅವುಗ ಳನ್ನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಒಯ್ಯಬಹುದು.
- 17ಸೊಲೊ ಮೋನನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅನ್ಯದೇಶ ಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಿದನು; ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದಾವೀದನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಿದ ತರುವಾಯ ತಾನೂ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಿದನು; ಅವರು ಲಕ್ಷದ ಐವತ್ತಮೂರು ಸಾವಿರದ ಆರುನೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದರು.ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊರೆಹೊರುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಎಂಭತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲ್ಲು ಕಡಿಯುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೂರು ಸಾವಿರದ ಆರು ನೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಯನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸದವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರಿಸಿದನು.
