1. 25ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟತರುವಾಯ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಯೆಹೋ ಯಾದನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ರಕ್ತಾಪರಾಧದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಅವನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಸೇವಕರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಒಳಸಂಚು ಮಾಡಿ ಅವನು ಸಾಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನ ಮಂಚದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದರು. ಅವರು ಅವ ನನ್ನು ದಾವೀದನ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಣಿಟ್ಟರು; ಆದರೆ ಅರಸುಗಳ ಸಮಾಧಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿ ಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
2. 26ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಒಳಸಂಚು ಮಾಡಿ ದವರಾರಂದರೆ, ಅಮ್ಮೋನ್ಯಳಾಗಿರುವ ಶಿಮ್ಗಾಳ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಜಾಬಾದನು, ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯಳಾಗಿರುವ ಶಿವ್ರೆಾ ತಳ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಜಾಬಾದನು.ಆದರೆ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೂ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಿದ ಭಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೂ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯ ದುರಸ್ತು ಮಾಡುವದನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೂ ಇಗೋ, ಅವು ಅರಸುಗಳ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ. ಅವನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಅಮಚ್ಯನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಆಳಿದನು.
3. 27ಆದರೆ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೂ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಿದ ಭಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೂ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯ ದುರಸ್ತು ಮಾಡುವದನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೂ ಇಗೋ, ಅವು ಅರಸುಗಳ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ. ಅವನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಅಮಚ್ಯನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಆಳಿದನು.
