- 6ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೂದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಯೆಹೂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕುರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ದಶಮಾಂಶ ತಂದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಶ ಮಾಂಶದ ಪಾಲು ತಂದು ರಾಶಿರಾಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟರು.
- 7ಮೂರನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಶಿಗಳ ತಳಹದಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ ಏಳನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರಿಸಿದರು.
- 8ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೂ ಬಂದು ರಾಶಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನೂ ಆತನ ಜನವಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇ ಲನ್ನೂ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿದರು.
- 9ಆಗ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನು ರಾಶಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಯಾಜಕರನ್ನೂ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನೂ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದನು.
