1. 6ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಸಾರಿ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬರೆದು--ನೀವು ನನ್ನವರಾಗಿದ್ದು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳುವ ವರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯಜಮಾನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಿರುವ ಮನು ಷ್ಯರ ತಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ನಾಳೆ ಇಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಇಜ್ರೇಲಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅರಸನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರು.

3. 8ಆಗ ಆ ಸೇವಕರು ಬಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆಅರಸನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ತಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿ ದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅದಕ್ಕವನು--ಉದಯ ಕಾಲದ ವರೆಗೂ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಗಿಲಿನ ದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಕುಪ್ಪೆಗಳಾಗಿ ಹಾಕಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
4. 9ಉದಯ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾಯಿತೆಂದರೆ, ಅವನು ಹೊರಟು ನಿಂತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ -- ನೀವು ನೀತಿವಂತರು; ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನನ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಳಸಂಚು ಮಾಡಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದೆನು.
5. 10ಆದರೆ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸಿದವರಾರು? ಕರ್ತನು ಅಹಾ ಬನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳಿದ ಕರ್ತನ ಮಾತು ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೂ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುವದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಎಲೀಯನ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದನು.
