1. 9ಆದರೆ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾದಾವನು ಒಂದು ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ ಮುಚ್ಚಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತೂತನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟನು. ಆಗ ಬಾಗಲು ಕಾಯುವ ಯಾಜಕರು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಗೆ ತರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಹಣವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
2. 10ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಹಣ ಉಂಟೆಂದು ಅವರು ನೋಡಿ ಅರಸನ ಲೇಖಕನೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನಯಾಜಕನೂ ಂದು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಎಣಿಸಿ ಚೀಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
