ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದು ಆಬೇಲ್ಬೇತ್ಮಾಕಾ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇರಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಹೋದನು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೋದರು.
Avanu israayelina ellaa gotragalalli haadu aabelbetmaakaa mattigoo ellaa beriya baligoo hodanu. Aaga avaru koodikondu avana sangada hodaru.

- 12ಆದರೆ ಅಮಾಸನು ರಾಜ ಮಾರ್ಗದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ತದೊಳಗೆ ಹೊರಳಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು. ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರು ನಿಂತಿರುವದನ್ನು ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಕಂಡಾಗ ಅವನು ಅಮಾಸನನ್ನು ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊಲಕ್ಕೆ ಎಳೆದು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು ವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದನು.
- 13ಅವನು ರಾಜ ಮಾರ್ಗ ದಿಂದ ಎಳೆದು ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ತರುವಾಯ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಬಿಕ್ರೀಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಶೆಬನನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿ ಯೋವಾಬನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋದರು.
- 14ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದು ಆಬೇಲ್ಬೇತ್ಮಾಕಾ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇರಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಹೋದನು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೋದರು.
- 15ಅವರು ಬಂದು ಅವನು ಇದ್ದ ಆಬೇಲ್ಬೇತ್ಮಾಕನ್ನು ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆದುರಾಗಿ ಕಂದಕದ ಗುಡ್ಡೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ದಿಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದರು. ಯೋವಾಬನ ಸಂಗಡಲಿರುವ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕೆಡವುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಡೆ ದರು.
- 16ಆಗ ಜ್ಞಾನವುಳ್ಳ ಒಬ್ಬ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿಂದ--ಕೇಳಿರಿ, ಕೇಳಿರಿ, ನಾನು ಯೋವಾಬನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಸವಿಾಪಿ ಸಲು ಬರಹೇಳಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿ ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡಳು.
