ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆಸ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಅವನು ನಾಟಕ ಶಾಲೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅಪಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬಾರದೆಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.

- 32ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕೆಲವರು ಒಂದು ಬಗೆಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೆಲವರು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಬಗೆಯಾಗಿ ಕೂಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಸಭೆಯು ಗಲಿಬಿಲಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಾವು ಕೂಡಿಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣವು ಗೊತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
- 33ಅವರು ಅಲೆಕ್ಸಾಂದ್ರನನ್ನು ಸಮೂಹ ದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದಾಗ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ತಂದರು. ಆಗ ಅಲೆಕ್ಸಾಂದ್ರನು ಕೈಸನ್ನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಮಾಡ ಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದನು.
