3ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾದ ಯಾವದನ್ನಾದರೂ ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು. ನೀವು ತಿನ್ನತಕ್ಕ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳು ಇವೇ:
4ಎತ್ತು, ಕುರಿ, ಮೇಕೆ,
5ದುಪ್ಪಿ, ಜಿಂಕೆ, ಸಾರಂಗ, ಕಾಡುಮೇಕೆ, ಚಿಗರಿ, ಕಡವೆ ಕೊಂಡಗುರಿ.
6ಮೃಗಜಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊರ ಸೆಯು ಭೇದಿಸಿರುವ ಆ ಭೇದವನ್ನು ಎರಡು ಗೊರಸೆ ಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿಭಾಗಿಸಿದ್ದು ಮೆಲುಕು ಹಾಕುವಂಥ ಮೃಗಗಳ ನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀವು ತಿನ್ನಬಹುದು.
7ಆದರೆ ಮೆಲುಕು ಹಾಕಿ ಉಗುರುಳ್ಳ ಗೊರಸೆಯನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವವು ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವು ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು; ಯಾವ ವೆಂದರೆ: ಒಂಟೆ, ಮೊಲ, ಕುಣಿಮೊಲ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವು ಮೆಲುಕು ಹಾಕಿದರೂ ಗೊರಸೆಯನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸು ವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿವೆ.
