ರಕ್ತ ವಿಚಾರಕನು ತನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಪ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಕೊಲೆಪಾತಕನನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿ, ಮಾರ್ಗ ದೂರವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗೆಮಾಡದೆ ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಮರ ಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರನಾಗದ ಇವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿ ಬದುಕಬೇಕು.

- 5ಹೇಗಂದರೆ--ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯ ವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಡಿಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡವಿಗೆ ಹೋಗ ಲಾಗಿ, ಕೊಡಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದ ಅವನ ಕೈ ಮರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಚಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣವು ಕಾವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅವನ ನೆರೆಯವನು ಸಾಯುವಹಾಗೆ ತಗಲಿದರೆ,
- 6ರಕ್ತ ವಿಚಾರಕನು ತನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಪ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಕೊಲೆಪಾತಕನನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿ, ಮಾರ್ಗ ದೂರವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗೆಮಾಡದೆ ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಮರ ಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರನಾಗದ ಇವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿ ಬದುಕಬೇಕು.
- 7ಆದಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸು ವದೇನಂದರೆ--ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
- 8ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ಈಹೊತ್ತು ನಿನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವ ಈ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಆತನ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಾಗಿ
