ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆ ದುಷ್ಟನು ಹೊಡೆಯಲ್ಪಡಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯನಾದರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಯು ಅವನನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬೀಳಿಸಿ ಅವನ ದುಷ್ಟತ್ವದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕದಿಂದ ಹೊಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

- 3ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ಏಟು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೊಡಿಸಬಹುದು, ಹೆಚ್ಚಲ್ಲ ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಏಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಚನೆಂದು ಕಾಣಿಸಾನು.
