ನಾಲ್ವತ್ತು ಏಟು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೊಡಿಸಬಹುದು, ಹೆಚ್ಚಲ್ಲ ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಏಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಚನೆಂದು ಕಾಣಿಸಾನು.

- 5ಸಹೋದರರು ಕೂಡಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸತ್ತರೆ ಆ ಸತ್ತವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಮನೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅನ್ಯನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಬಾರದು; ಗಂಡನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಅವಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಗಂಡನ ಸಹೋದರನಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ನಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
