2. 2ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನೀನು ತರತಕ್ಕ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹುಟ್ಟುವಳಿಯ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಪುಟ್ಟಿಯ ಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕು.
3. 3ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಾಜಕನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸೇರಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದು ಈಹೊತ್ತು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.
4. 4ಆಗ ಯಾಜಕನು ಪುಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಡಬೇಕು.
