1. 1ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಾದ ತರುವಾಯ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಹಷ್ವೇರೋಷನ ಕೋಪವು ಶಾಂತ ವಾದಾಗ ಅವನು ವಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನೂ ಅವಳು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನೂ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನೂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡನು.
2. 2ಆಗ ಅರಸನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ದಾಸರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಅರಸನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ರೂಪವತಿಯಾದ ಕನ್ಯಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರು ಹುಡುಕಲ್ಪಡಲಿ.
3. 3ರೂಪವತಿಯಾದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಕನ್ಯಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರು ರಾಜ ಧಾನಿಯಾದ ಶೂಷನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರು ಇರುವ ಅರಮ ನೆಗೆ, ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾವಲಾಗಿ ಇರುವ ಅರಸನ ಅಧಿ ಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಹೇಗ್ಯನೆಂಬವನ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅರಸನು ತನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಲಿ; ಅವರಿಗೆ ಶುಚಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಡಲಿ.
4. 4ಅರಸನ ಕಣ್ಣು ಗಳಿಗೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಿಕೆಯು ವಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ರಾಣಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಅಂದನು. ಈ ಮಾತು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
