1. 8ಲಂಚವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡ; ಅದು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರುಡರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ವಕ್ರಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
2. 9ಪರದೇಶಸ್ಥನನ್ನು ಉಪದ್ರವ ಪಡಿಸಬೇಡ; ಪರ ದೇಶಸ್ಥನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದಿರುವಿರಿ. ನೀವೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರದೇಶಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಷ್ಟೆ.
3. 10ಆರು ವರುಷ ನಿನ್ನ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಬೀಜಹಾಕಿ ಅದರ ಬೆಳೆಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
4. 11ಏಳನೆಯ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅದನ್ನು ಬೀಳು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಡವರು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆದದ್ದನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಲಿ; ಅವರು ಬಿಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಹೊಲದ ಪಶುಗಳು ತಿನ್ನಲಿ. ಹೀಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ತೋಟದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಎಣ್ಣೇಮರಗಳ ತೋಪಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
5. 12ಆರು ದಿವಸ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡ ಬೇಕು; ಏಳನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಎತ್ತು ಕತ್ತೆಗಳು ವಿಶ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸಿಯ ಮಗನು ಪರದೇಶಸ್ಥನು ದಣಿವಾರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ.
