ನೀನು ಹೀಗೆ ಘನತೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ದೊಡ್ಡಸ್ತಿಕೆ ಯಿಂದಲೂ ಏದೆನಿನ ಯಾವ ಮರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮ ನಾಗಿರುವೆ? ಆದರೂ ಏದೆನಿನ ಮರಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸೀಮೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಳಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವಿ; ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹತವಾದವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಲ ಗುವಿ. ಇದೇ ಫರೋಹನನೂ ಅವನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನ ಸಮೂಹವೂ ಆಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

King James Version (KJV): To whom art thou thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? yet shalt thou be brought down with the trees of Eden unto the nether parts of the earth: thou shalt lie in the midst of the uncircumcised with [them that be] slain by the sword. This [is] Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord GOD.
