ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಬಾಗಲುಗಳು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇರಬೇಕು; ಉತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂರು ಬಾಗಲುಗಳು; ರೂಬೇ ನನ ಬಾಗಲು ಒಂದು, ಯೆಹೂದನ ಬಾಗಲು ಒಂದು; ಲೇವಿಯ ಬಾಗಲು ಒಂದು.
