ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಅದರ ಗೋಡೆಕಟ್ಟಿ ತೀರಿಸ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಅವರು ಸುಂಕವನ್ನೂ ಕಪ್ಪವನ್ನೂ ತೆರಿಗೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡದೆ ಇರುವರು. ಆಗ ನೀನು ಅರಸು ಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಹುಟ್ಟುವಳಿಗೆ ನಷ್ಟಮಾಡುವಿ ಎಂದು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರಲಿ.

- 14ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಅರಮನೆಯ ಉಪ್ಪನ್ನು ತಿಂದದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅರಸನ ಅವಮಾನವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವದು ನಮಗೆ ತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲ; ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿಯಮಾಡಿ ದ್ದೇವೆ.
