ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಕೆಯ ಸಹೋ ದರನೂ ತಾಯಿಯೂ--ಹುಡುಗಿಯು ಕೆಲವು ದಿನ, ಅಂದರೆ ಹತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳಾದರೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ; ತರುವಾಯ ಹೋಗಲಿ ಅಂದರು.
Adakke aakeya saho daranoo taayiyoo--hudugiyu kelavu dina, andare hattu dinagalaadaroo namma baliyalli irali; taruvaaya hogali andaru.

- 54ಅವನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂ ಊಟ ಮುಗಿಸಿ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರು. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಎದ್ದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನು--ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
- 55ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಕೆಯ ಸಹೋ ದರನೂ ತಾಯಿಯೂ--ಹುಡುಗಿಯು ಕೆಲವು ದಿನ, ಅಂದರೆ ಹತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳಾದರೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ; ತರುವಾಯ ಹೋಗಲಿ ಅಂದರು.
- 56ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಸಫಲಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನಲ್ಲಾ. ನನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
- 57ಆಗ ಅವರು--ನಾವು ಹುಡುಗಿಯನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ವಿಚಾರಿಸೋಣ ಅಂದರು.
