ಯೋಸೇಫನು ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಅವರು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಮೇಲಿದ್ದ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಅಂಗಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದರು.

- 25ಅವರು ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡಾಗ ತಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ನೋಡಲಾಗಿ ಇಗೋ, ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಗುಂಪು ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದಿನಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಅವರ ಒಂಟೆಗಳು ಸಾಂಬ್ರಾಣಿ ಸುಗಂಧತೈಲ ರಕ್ತಬೋಳಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರು ತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಅವರು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
