29ರೂಬೇನನು ತಗ್ಗಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬಂದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಯೋಸೇಫನು ತಗ್ಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ್ದರಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಿದು ಕೊಂಡನು.
30ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿಹೋಗಿ--ಆ ಮಗುವು ಇಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲಾ; ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
31ಆಗ ಅವರು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಅಂಗಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಮೇಕೆಯ ಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಯ್ದು ಆ ಅಂಗಿಯನ್ನು ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದ್ದಿ
32ಆ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಅಂಗಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಅವರ ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದು--ಇದು ನಮಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. ಇದು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಅಂಗಿಯೋ ಏನೋ ನೋಡು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
33ಯಾಕೋಬನು ಅದನ್ನು ಗುರುತು ಹಿಡಿದು--ಇದು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಅಂಗಿ ಹೌದು; ದುಷ್ಟಮೃಗವು ಅವನನ್ನು ತಿಂದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು; ಯೋಸೇಫನು ನಿಸ್ಸಂದೇಹವಾಗಿ ತುಂಡು ತುಂಡಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದನು.
