ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನು ತನ್ನ ಬಲಗೈಯನ್ನು ಚಾಚಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕವನಾದ ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾಮನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ತನ್ನ ಎಡಗೈಯನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಇಟ್ಟನು. ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ಹಿರಿಯವನಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಬೇಕೆಂದೇ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೆ ಇಟ್ಟನು.

- 14ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನು ತನ್ನ ಬಲಗೈಯನ್ನು ಚಾಚಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕವನಾದ ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾಮನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ತನ್ನ ಎಡಗೈಯನ್ನು ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಇಟ್ಟನು. ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯು ಹಿರಿಯವನಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಬೇಕೆಂದೇ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೆ ಇಟ್ಟನು.
- 15ಆಗ ಅವನು ಯೋಸೇಫನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ--ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗಳಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನೂ ಇಸಾಕನೂ ಯಾವಾತನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಡಕೊಂಡರೋ ಆ ದೇವರೇ, ನಾನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ದೇವರು,
- 16ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಡಿನಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ ದೂತನು ಈ ಹುಡುಗರನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲಿ. ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗಳಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮ್‌ ಇಸಾಕ್‌ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಅವರು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡಲಿ. ಅವರು ಭೂಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮೂಹವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
