18ನೀರು ಪ್ರಬಲವಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದಾಗ ಆ ನಾವೆಯು ನೀರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಯಿತು.
19ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀರು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಬಲವಾದದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆಕಾಶದ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ಎತ್ತರ ವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳು ಮುಚ್ಚಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು.
20ನೀರುಗಳು ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಹದಿನೈದು ಮೊಳದ ವರೆಗೆ ಏರಿತು.
21ಆಗ ಪಶು ಪಕ್ಷಿ ಮೃಗ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿದಾಡುವ ಕ್ರಿಮಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಸಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಅಂತೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಲಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶರೀರಗಳು ಸತ್ತುಹೋದವು.
22ಒಣ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲಿದ್ದಂಥ ಮೂಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ವಾಸವಿರುವ ವುಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸತ್ತುಹೋದವು.
