1. 6ಜಲಪ್ರಳಯವು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಉಂಟಾದಾಗ ನೋಹನು ಆರುನೂರು ವರುಷದವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
2. 7ಆಗ ನೋಹನು ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯೂ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಅವರ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯರೂ ಜಲಪ್ರಳಯವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾವೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಹೋದರು.
3. 8ಶುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಶುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪಕ್ಷಿ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹರಿದಾಡುವವು ಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ
4. 9ದೇವರು ನೋಹನಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಗಂಡು ಹೆಣ್ಣಾಗಿರುವ ಎರಡೆರಡು ನೋಹನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ನಾವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋದವು.
5. 10ಏಳು ದಿವಸಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಳಯದ ನೀರು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇತ್ತು.
