1. 22ಕಾನಾನನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಹಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಹೊರಗಿದ್ದ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರಿಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ದನು.
2. 23ಆಗ ಶೇಮನೂ ಯೆಫೆತನೂ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮಿಬ್ಬರ ಹೆಗಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಹಿಂಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದರು. ಅವರ ಮುಖಗಳು ಹಿಂಭಾಗವಾಗಿದ್ದ ದರಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆತನವನ್ನು ಅವರು ನೋಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
3. 24ನೋಹನು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದ ಅಮಲಿನಿಂದ ಎಚ್ಚತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗನು ತನಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ಅವನು--
4. 25ಕಾನಾನನು ಶಾಪಗ್ರಸ್ತನಾಗಲಿ. ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರಿಗೆ ದಾಸಾನುದಾಸನಾ ಗಿರುವನು ಅಂದನು. ಅವನು--
5. 26ಶೇಮನ ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲ್ಪಡಲಿ; ಕಾನಾನನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ದಾಸನಾಗಿರಲಿ.
