ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನ ಮೊದಲನೇ ವರುಷವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಯೆಹೂ ದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋ ಯಾಕೀಮನ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನರ ವಿಷಯ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನಿಗೆ ಉಂಟಾದ ವಾಕ್ಯವು.

- 3ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಮ್ಮೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಹದಿಮೂರನೇ ವರುಷ ಮೊದಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಈ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮೂರು ವರುಷ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಎದ್ದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.
