2. 2ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನು ಯೆಹೂ ದದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದು ಏನಂದರೆ--
3. 3ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಮ್ಮೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಹದಿಮೂರನೇ ವರುಷ ಮೊದಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಈ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮೂರು ವರುಷ ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಎದ್ದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.
4. 4ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಾದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಎದ್ದು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೇಳು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
5. 5ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ--ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವನ್ನೂ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮತ್ತೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮಗೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ವಾಸಿಸುವಿರಿ.
