ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯ ನಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು, ಯಾವ ದಂದರೆ--
Yehoodada arasanaada yosheeyana maganaada yehoyaakeemana naalkane varushadalli aadaddenandare--yereviాya nige kartaninda ee vaakya untaayitu, yaava dandare--

- 2ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಸುರಳಿಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ನಾನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿಗೂ ಯೆಹೂದಕ್ಕೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗ ಗಳಿಗೂ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತಾಡಿ ದಂದಿನಿಂದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ದಿನಗಳು ಮೊದಲು ಗೊಂಡು ಈ ದಿನದ ವರೆಗೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆ.
- 3ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಯೆಹೂ ದದ ಮನೆತನದವರು ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನೆನಸುವ ಕೇಡನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಳಿ ನಾನು ಅವರ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನೂ ಪಾಪವನ್ನೂ ಮನ್ನಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡಾರು ಅಂದನು.
